Keyshia Cole's album, Just Like You, hits stores on Sept. 25.

Oakland-raised singer Keyshia Cole released a brand new album entitled Just Like You.

This sophomore album of hers sold about 281,000 copies its first week. The album debuted at No. 2 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.

Cole's passion for music shows in her new album. The songs on the album display how she had to overcome problems in the aspects of her relationships and personal life.

The message throughout the album is that if Cole can overcome all the drama in life and become a better and stronger person, so can anyone else.

Cole speaks for all women that have been through any kind of bad situation.

The title of her album, Just Like You, represents Cole making a statement that she is a human being like everyone else. She goes through things just like everyone else and has to stay strong.

The first single off of Just Like You is "Let It Go," featuring popular artists Missy Elliott and 'Lil Kim. It is a woman's anthem talking about women who are in bad relationships and who
need to "let it go" because the man is not treating them right.

There are many women out there in the world who have came across a man that was "no good," but yet still stay in the relationship. However, it is clear that they should have moved on.

The album also features a new rapper named Amina. He is on Cole's second single, "Shoulda Let You Go."

The album has a few upbeat songs that can catch the listeners' attention.

There is a lot of growth shown by the singer on this new album; she really has grown from her first album.

Cole inspires women all over the world; they should always be tough and never let anyone bring them down.
