Men's soccer team fight hard for a tie

The men's soccer team avoided its third straight loss, playing the first night home game, tying Cabrillo 4-4.
The Gladiators were ranked as high as fifth last week, but a 4-0 loss against City College of San Francisco sent the Gladiators down the rankings.
Cabrillo got on the board first, scoring the first goal three minutes into the game by surprising the Gladiator defense on a counterattack.
The Gladiators tied the game two minutes later when Jorge Guadado scored on a corner kick.
The Gladiators had the chance to take the lead in the 10th minute, when leading goal scorer Junior Leonardo recieved a through pass from Shane Kilby.
Leonardo did a rare thing by missing an open shot. His shot went high and over the bar. But he would not be denied later in the game.
In the 28th minute, Cabrillo again found the back of the net, mounting another counter attack. This increased their lead to 2-1.
As both teams battled for possession, Cabrillo started to taked control of the game.
With one minute left untill halftime, Cabrillo added another goal, making the score 3-1.
The Gladiators came out strong and took control of the game in the second half.
In the 51st minute, Leonardo, recieved the ball and shot it past the keeper cutting Cabrillo's lead to 3-2.
In the 61st minute, Leonardo tied the game up he took a loose ball and put the ball in the net.
As the game went into stoppage time, the Gladiators made a defensive error. Cabrillo made them pay as they scored, making the score 4-3.
A minute later, the Gladiators tied the game, when Leonardo punished the Cabrillo goalkeeper and tied the game at 4.
