ASCC Scholarships
Chabot students have until March 28 to apply $30,000 in scholarships awarded by the ASCC in May. Among the awards are the President's award for Leardership Achievement ($1,000), two Board of Trustee Scholarships ($500 each), a Cesar Chavez Scholarship ($500) and more than a dozen other scholarships. The application packet for ASCC scholarships are available in the Office of Student Life, Building 2300 or online at www.chabotcollege.edu/studentlife.
Speech Night
Come and see the award winning speech and debate team take a bow, tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the Chabot Little Theater, $7 pre-sale and $10 at the door. Performances will include: persuasive speaking, after dinner speaking, dramatic interpretation, programmed interpretation of literature and the always popular parliamentary debate. Come and support the speech and debate team as they prepare for nationals.
Women's History Month Event
The Chabot community is cordially invited to attend an ASCC-sponsered event in honor of Women's History Month. History instructors Mark stephens and Jane Wolford will co-present today during College Hour. The presentation is entitled "Rosie and the Women Behind the Front Lines." A World War II icon, Bay Area history and free lunch in Room 528.

This is a reminder that the CLPFA membership meetings are as follows: today and April 26 at 12 p.m. in Room 1904.
