Sadness all over again
The most recent adaptation of the Charlotte's Web delivers on all accounts. On the one hand, there are advancements in computer generated images insofar as the "alien affect" has disappeared. Although, as a note, the close ups aren't flawless. If you're nostalgic, Charlotte's Web stays true to the original story (book and 1973 counterpart) and reminiscent of all things simple, pure and youthful while remaining brazen and appropriate in its depiction of the cycle of life.
