Seven football and basketball players from Louisiana have joined the Gladiators after escaping Hurricane Katrina. Most came to Chabot to find a better education and more opportunities. Devin Joseph, he said, "After the hurricane I couldn't concentrate on school.

Chabot brings home 3rd place

The Chabot College Gladiator basketball team brought this season's record to 7-5, after finishing 2-1 and placing third in the Hartnell tournament held in Salinas Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Dec. 7-9. After defeating Butte College in the first round of the tournament 87-79, Chabot faced off against a hard-nosed, defensive minded Merced team.

I am a big fan of the quote "The truth hurts," and there is always more of the truth to be told. So just what is the truth? There's your truth, which of course is always going to be different from my truth, the difference is that my truth is laid in print.
