For the last five years Royce Wood, the custodial supervisor at Chabot, has been making his own wine. Wood has been working at Chabot for 26 years, and is also an alumnus. Whereas most wines are made out of grapes, Wood's wines are made out of other fruits and vegetables.

Instructors unite in order to discuss cultural novels

The Chabot Book Club, now called "Library Readers" is a group that gathers to discuss books that reflect the diversity of the school and current events or exhibits on campus. Originally started as a part of Staff Development, the book group is now loosely affiliated with the school library.
