The half back position is not one many can play; it takes a uniquely blended gift of balance, strength, speed, agility, and grit that separates the good from the great. The same can be said of any other position, in any other sport currently played. But the bottom line is all the same, the end factor that separates the greats, from the greatest, is the numbers.

Gladiators place second in Monterey Tournament
The Chabot College basketball team brought home the second place trophy in the Monterey Peninsula College tournament held Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Nov. 30, and Dec. 1 and 2. After placing third in the Consumes River Tournament, and following that up with a loss at West Valley, Chabot went into Monterey and defeated Gavilan 72-62 in the first round of the MPC tournament.

The truth is: Gladiator athletics are horrible

It is time for the truth to once again be told, and for us all to recognize just how awful Gladiator athletics has been this year. The men's soccer team was kicked around and finished the season 7-6-7 with a conference record of 4-3-4. OK so it's not the worst record a team can have, but it's not good.
